Navigate to the Sensbot AI Chatbot page in the Shopify App Store and click Install, then follow the prompts in your Shopify admin. After installation, go to Apps > Sensbot in Shopify to access settings.
Upon opening settings, Sensbot starts syncing your store’s products and orders. This can take a few minutes for small stores or a few hours for larger catalogs.
In the Sensbot settings page, click “Enable App Embed” to launch the Theme Editor. In the Theme Editor, locate Sensbot AI under App Embeds, toggle it on, and click Save. This activates the chatbot on your live site.
