BaseLinker

Sensbot + BaseLinker Order and parcel answers from the system you ship from

If your orders go through BaseLinker, the chatbot and the Email Assistant answer "where is my order" from it, including Allegro and other marketplace orders. Whatever your shop runs on.

BaseLinker sits above your shop, so that is where we read orders

BaseLinker (now trading as Base, base.com) is not a shop platform. It sits on top of one: IdoSell, Shoper, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or a shop built in-house, plus Allegro and other marketplaces. Orders from all of them meet there, and that is where they get packed and shipped.

So when a customer asks about an order, BaseLinker usually has the more current answer. Once it is connected, Sensbot checks BaseLinker first and falls back to the order data from your shop platform.

Two products use it. The Email Assistant writes the reply into the drafts folder of the mailbox you already answer from, and a person sends it. The Chatbot answers on your storefront, at whatever hour the question arrives.

Product questions are not answered from BaseLinker. They still come from your product feed or your shop platform, the same as today. BaseLinker supplies the orders and the parcels.

Common questions

Can Sensbot change anything in BaseLinker?

No. You give it a read-only token, and Sensbot only reads orders and parcels. A read-only token cannot change a status, an order or a parcel.

Which details does the customer need to give?

The order number plus the email address or phone number used on the order. In email, the sender’s address counts as the email.

What about Allegro orders?

They are found by the buyer’s email address or phone number. Allegro often hides the buyer’s real email behind its own address, so in practice the phone number is the reliable way to find them.

Does it read my products from BaseLinker?

No. Product answers come from your product feed or your shop platform. BaseLinker supplies the orders and the parcels.

What if BaseLinker does not answer?

The assistant falls back to the order data from your shop platform. A chat never breaks because of it.

What does it cost?

The same plans as everywhere, from €49 a month, listed on the pricing page. Connecting BaseLinker costs nothing extra.
