What Sensbot is

Sensbot answers customer questions for online shops using the shop’s own data. Where is my order, is this in stock, can I return it. The chatbot handles it on the storefront, the email assistant drafts the replies in the shop’s own inbox.

We run on IdoSell, Shopify, Shoper, Upgates and WooCommerce, with 100+ paying customers across Europe. The product works and it is being paid for. What we are short of is sales.

What you would do

  • Talk to shop owners and agencies about how they handle support today
  • Run the process from first contact to a live installation
  • Work from our list of shops rather than starting from a blank page
  • Bring back what the market tells you, which is how the product gets decided

Who we are looking for

  • You know Polish ecommerce. IdoSell, Shoper, WooCommerce or Shopify, any of them
  • You can talk to a shop owner about their customer service, not about technology
  • You work independently and close to a small team. No layers, no waiting for approvals
  • SaaS experience is not required

Terms

  • 7,000 to 9,000 PLN per month on target, base plus commission
  • The split between base and commission is agreed individually
  • Commission is not capped. Bring more customers and you earn more
  • Remote. Employment contract or B2B, your choice
