Where Sensbot runs
On some platforms there is an app you install. On the rest we connect to your store during onboarding. Both end in the same place: replies written from your own order and product data.
Tier one
Native apps, installed from the marketplace
Sensbot is listed in these platforms’ own marketplaces. You install it there and the connection to your store data is already made.

Tier two
Works with any store, connected during setup
No marketplace listing exists for these platforms, and none is needed. During onboarding we connect to your store’s API and your product feed, then the assistant answers from live order, stock and customer data the same way it does everywhere else.

Setup here is a piece of work we do with you rather than a button you press, which is why these pages end in a demo rather than an install. Your store is not on the list? Ask anyway. The two things that decide it are whether your store can expose its data and whether you have a mailbox we can read.
