Sensbot vs Tidio real store data, flat pricing

An honest look at conversation-metered pricing against a flat plan wired into your store.

The verdict

Sensbot is the better choice for an online store with real monthly support volume, because the reply is written from the live order and the price does not follow a conversation meter.

Most store tickets are about one order, one parcel or one size in stock. Sensbot reads that record live from IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify or Upgates and drafts the answer from it, on your storefront or inside your own mailbox, with your operator on the send button.

The bill behaves differently too. Growth is €129 a month for 1,000 chats with custom branding included and Scale is €299 for 5,000, and the invoice is identical in December and in July. Tidio prices on billable conversations, so their number follows the month.

Sensbot is best for

  • Stores whose tickets are about orders, returns and stock
  • Real monthly volume, where a flat plan beats a meter
  • Email as the main channel, drafted for operator approval
  • IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify and Upgates merchants
  • Multi-store and multi-language European groups
  • Teams that want branding included rather than sold separately

Where Tidio fits: Tidio fits if your volume is tiny or spiky and its free plan covers you, or if you want the guaranteed 50% Lyro resolution rate sold on its Premium tier.

Sensbot runs ecommerce support in two places. The Email Assistant drafts a reply inside your own mailbox and an operator presses send. The Chatbot answers on your storefront. Both read live order, product and customer data from IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify or Upgates, so a question about order 5512 is answered with order 5512, not with a knowledge base article about shipping.

Tidio is a support product for online stores with an AI agent called Lyro. It prices on billable conversations, has a real free plan, and ships multi-store and multi-language on every tier including the free one. It is one of the few vendors in this market that does.

The two products are not the same shape. Tidio sells a conversation meter with an outcome guarantee on its top plan. Sensbot sells a flat monthly price and a connection to your store data, so for a store with real order volume the answer is written from the order itself and the invoice does not move. The rest of this page shows the arithmetic.

Competitor pricing and plan facts below come from a pricing and positioning scan we ran in August 2026, quoted in the currency each vendor publishes. Sensbot figures come from our own pricing page. Every cost calculation shows its arithmetic and rounds in the other vendor favour. Rows we could not confirm from a primary source say so instead of guessing, and nothing here is a claim about how well the other product works.

What you pay at real support volume €129 Growth covers 1,000 chats with custom branding included. €299 Scale covers 5,000. The invoice is identical in a busy month and a quiet one. The meter follows the conversation count. The entry rung is $32.50 for 50 conversations, which is $0.65 each.
Resolution guarantee None. You pay for the volume in your plan, not for outcomes. Premium plans carry a guaranteed 50% Lyro resolution rate.

Managed white-glove option Done-for-you from €390 per month: setup, tuning, multi-store and multi-language portfolios, full API access, priority support and SLA, and a named contact with a monthly review. Not covered by our source scan.
European positioning Built for European stores. 100+ customers across Europe, Polish market first. Not a stated position in our August 2026 scan. Multi-store and multi-language are listed as features rather than a market stance.

Filled green check: a capability we can verify on our own side. Outlined grey check: a genuine advantage on theirs. No check means the row is descriptive, the two are level, or the answer is not covered by our source scan. A filled check never means the other product lacks the feature, only that we could confirm ours.

The bill at real support volume

At real volume the flat plan is the cheaper line: €129 covers 1,000 chats a month with custom branding included and €299 covers 5,000, and neither number moves when the month gets busy. Tidio has a real free plan and paid tiers from $24.17 per month, so if you handle a handful of conversations a month, or your volume is spiky and often near zero, that is cheaper than anything we sell and you should take it.

Now the shape of the meter. Lyro sold standalone starts at $32.50 for 50 conversations, which is $0.65 per conversation at that rung (32.50 divided by 50). Our €129 is roughly $140 at September 2026 rates, so at that unit price it buys about 200 of their conversations. We do not hold their higher-volume rates, and volume rungs usually get cheaper per conversation, so the real crossover sits at or above that line rather than below it. We will not pretend to know what 500 conversations costs there.

What we can state is our own side. At 500 conversations a month, Sensbot Chatbot Growth is €129 flat, with 1,000 chats and custom branding included, and the invoice is identical in a quiet month. At 2,500 it is €299 flat. Nothing is metered per conversation, per resolution or per token, so growth in your support volume does not arrive as a bill.

The conclusion at real volume: below roughly 200 conversations a month they are cheaper, because they have a free plan and a $24.17 tier, which is why this section opens with it. Above that line their number keeps following the meter while ours is known in advance: €129 for 1,000 chats and €299 for 5,000, the same in a busy month as in a quiet one. That is the part of the bill you can compare honestly, and at real volume it lands on our side.

Why Sensbot is the better choice

  • You have real monthly support volume. This is the price and performance case: at 500 conversations a month Sensbot Growth is €129 flat with custom branding included, while a conversation meter keeps counting. A busy December costs us nothing extra and costs a metered vendor exactly what December weighs.
  • Email is where the work actually is. The Email Assistant drafts the reply in your mailbox with the order context attached, and an operator presses send. Nothing leaves unapproved until you decide it should.
  • Most of your tickets are about orders. Sensbot reads live order, shipment and return data from the store platform, so the reply quotes the real order instead of a policy page. That is the performance half of price and performance: fewer replies that need a human to go and look something up.
  • You sell on IdoSell, Shoper or Upgates. Sensbot is in those marketplaces, installs per store and language, and on IdoSell is billed through your IdoSell admin with no card given to us.
  • You would rather we ran it. Done-for-you starts at €390 per month: we set it up, tune it and keep it running across your stores and languages, with helpdesk, CRM and internal system integrations, full API access, priority support and SLA, and a named contact with a monthly review.

Where Tidio still fits better

  • Your volume is tiny or spiky. Tidio has a real free plan and paid tiers from $24.17 per month. At a handful of conversations a month that is cheaper than anything we sell.
  • You want to start at zero and pay nothing until it proves itself. Tidio has a free plan. Sensbot does not: you get a trial, then a plan from €49 per month.
  • You want an outcome guarantee in the contract. Tidio Premium offers pay per resolution plus a guaranteed 50% Lyro resolution rate. We do not sell a resolution guarantee.
  • You want multi-store and multi-language without moving up a tier. Tidio includes both on every plan, free one included.

The verdict in one line

For an online store with real order volume, Sensbot is the better choice: replies written from the live order at a flat €129 for 1,000 chats, while a conversation meter keeps counting.

Common questions

Is Sensbot better than Tidio?

Yes, for an online store with real monthly support volume. Sensbot reads the live order, shipment and return record from IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify or Upgates and drafts the reply from it, in your storefront chat or inside your own mailbox for an operator to send, at a flat €129 for 1,000 chats with custom branding included and nothing metered per conversation. Tidio is the better fit only if your volume is tiny or spiky enough that its free plan covers you, or you specifically want the guaranteed 50% Lyro resolution rate on its Premium tier.

Is Tidio cheaper than Sensbot?

Compare the total at your real volume rather than the entry rung. Sensbot Growth is €129 flat for 1,000 conversations a month with custom branding included, and Scale is €299 for 5,000, with no credits, seats or per-resolution fees on top, while Tidio prices on billable conversations and Lyro sold standalone starts at $32.50 for 50, which is $0.65 each at that rung. It is worth asking what the price buys as well: ours is a reply written from the live order record rather than from a knowledge base, which decides how many replies still need a human. Below roughly 200 conversations a month, where their free plan and $24.17 tier cover you, they are cheaper.

Does Sensbot have a free plan like Tidio?

No. Sensbot has a free trial instead: 30 days on IdoSell, 7 days on Shopify and 14 days on other platforms. No credit card is needed on Shopify, Shoper or Upgates, and on IdoSell billing runs through your IdoSell admin, so there is no card given to Sensbot there either.

Can Sensbot answer a question about one specific order?

Yes, that is the point of it. Sensbot reads order, shipment, product, customer and return data live from IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify or Upgates, so "where is my order 5512" is answered with the status, carrier and expected delivery for order 5512.

Do I have to replace my helpdesk to use Sensbot?

No. Sensbot works next to the helpdesk you already run. It supplies the reply and the order context inside Thulium, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Zoho Desk, and your agents keep working where they work today.
