How we measured it

Measured on 30 stores with our chatbot live on the storefront, over 90 days (June to September 2026). Chats per month = 1.40 × orders0.605. A typical store lands within a factor of 2.2 of that estimate, so we show a range, not a number.

Order count predicts the load. Revenue predicts it worse, and catalogue size and basket value add nothing. Double the orders and chats go up about 50%, not 100%.

The email lines come from only 5 stores with a connected mailbox, so read them as a rough guide: about 10 emails per 100 orders reach the inbox, and about 3 per 100 need a person to answer. We apply the same spread as for chats.

After hours: 56% of conversations start outside Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. That share comes from a larger set of conversations, not only these 30 stores.

Most of the 30 stores are Polish and on IdoSell. The window covers the summer; in season, expect 30 to 50% more.
