Starting July 3, every chatbot conversation is automatically analyzed by Sensbot. No setup, no configuration, no action needed.

After each session, Sensbot scores the conversation on a 1-5 scale, estimates how much agent time it saved, and writes a plain-language summary of what happened and how well the bot handled it. When there is room to improve, you get specific suggestions, not generic advice, but feedback based on what was actually said.
