Sensbot Reaches 500,000 Widget Loads in a Single Day

Sensbot processed over 500,000 widget loads in a single day, the highest the platform has recorded. The spike came primarily from ecommerce retailers embedding Sensbot in their customer-facing storefronts to handle real-time support without a human in the loop.

Most of that traffic was doing real work: customers asking about order status, product availability, return windows, and shipping timelines. Sensbot pulls those answers from live store data, so the response is specific to that customer’s order, not a generic FAQ reply.

“It confirms that AI-powered customer assistance is not only the future, it’s the now,” said Miha Jelenc, founder of Sensbot.

Sensbot is live on IdoSell, Shopify, Shoper, Upgates, and Shoprenter. It responds in the customer’s language regardless of the store’s base locale, and retailers can install it from their platform’s app store without any technical setup.
