Sensbot Partners with IdoSell
Sensbot is now available for IdoSell merchants. The integration connects to IdoSell store data directly, so the AI can answer customer questions using real orders, products, and policies, with no manual lookup required.
For the first wave of IdoSell stores, Sensbot handles the questions that repeat every day: shipping timelines, return procedures, payment options, and product availability. It navigates large catalogs for customers and responds in multiple languages, covering markets where hiring extra support staff is not practical.

The result across early users: a shorter queue of tickets that need human attention, and faster first responses.
