Sub-Processors

Sensbot engages a limited number of sub-processors to provide its services, each bound by a written agreement with confidentiality and data-protection obligations. This page lists the categories. See our privacy policy for how and why each category is used, and request our Data Processing Agreement for the contractual detail.

Cloud hosting	Cloud hosting provider, servers in Germany	Hosts the platform and stores customer data.
AI model providers	OpenAI	Generates answers and draft replies. Not used to train AI models on customer data.
Payment processing	Stripe	Processes subscription payments where billing is not handled by a connected platform.
Transactional email delivery	Amazon SES	Delivers system emails such as account notifications and reports.

Some sub-processors, in particular the AI model providers above, may process content outside the European Economic Area under contractual safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses. See our privacy policy for detail.
