Shoptet

Sensbot + Shoptet AI customer service running on your real order and product data

A chatbot on your e-shop and an Email Assistant in your inbox, both answering from your live store. We connect through the Shoptet API during onboarding.

Connected to your store, not built into it

You will not find Sensbot in the Shoptet addon catalogue, and it does not need to be there. Shoptet exposes its own Shoptet API, and access is opened with a private API token you generate in your store administration. During onboarding we connect the assistant to it, so nothing is installed in your e-shop.

Once that connection is live, answers are written from real data: orders and their status, products and stock, and customer records. A shopper asking about a parcel gets the order, the carrier and the date, not a request to wait.

Two products run on top of it. The Email Assistant reads the mailbox you already answer from, over Gmail, Outlook or IMAP, and leaves the drafted reply in your drafts folder. The Chatbot answers on the e-shop itself, in the customer's own language, at whatever hour the question arrives.

API availability on Shoptet depends on your plan, so we check what your store can expose at the very start. Meanwhile the product feed gets the whole catalogue in on day one.

What works today

Two products, one connection

In your inbox

Email Assistant

Connects to Gmail, Outlook or IMAP. It matches the incoming email to the order it is about, reads the status and the carrier from your store, and writes the reply into your drafts folder. Tone comes from your site content, your policies and the replies your team has already sent. Your operator reviews and sends.

On your e-shop

Chatbot

Answers product, availability, shipping, returns and payment questions from your catalogue and your live stock. Set up with you rather than handed over as an addon, and delivered as a single script tag in your template.

Show first

The two moments this covers

Both examples are written for this page. They are not customer transcripts, and no customer data appears anywhere on this site.

Illustrative example, evening on the e-shop
Customer Do you still have this in black, size 42? I need it by Saturday.
Chatbot reply Yes, black in size 42 is in stock. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day and delivery takes 1 to 2 working days, so Saturday works if you order today.
Store data used
  • Product Black, size 42
  • Stock 6 available
  • Dispatch Same day before 14:00
  • Delivery 1 to 2 working days
Illustrative example, next morning in the inbox
Customer Hi, order 5512 was supposed to arrive last week and there is still nothing. Where is it?
Draft waiting in your drafts folder Hello, order 5512 was dispatched on Tuesday with Zasilkovna, tracking number Z 3841 220 117. It is out for delivery today and should reach you by the end of the day. If it does not arrive, reply to this email and we will file a claim with the carrier straight away.
Store data used
  • Order #5512
  • Status Shipped Tuesday
  • Carrier Zasilkovna
  • Customer 3 previous orders

The order number, the status and the tracking number are read from your store at the moment the draft is written. Nobody opened the administration to look them up, and nothing was guessed.

Done for you

How setup works

There is nothing to install from the addon catalogue, so setup is a short piece of work we do with you.

  1. 1 You generate a private API token In your store administration, with read rights on orders, products, stock and customers. You choose the scope. Availability depends on your Shoptet plan, and we check it at the very start.
  2. 2 We connect the assistant to your store From then on the chatbot and the drafts are written from live data: order status, carrier and tracking, stock levels, customer records.
  3. 3 Your feed brings the catalogue in The XML feed you already publish for comparison sites and campaigns loads every product, price and variant on day one, alongside your shipping, returns and payment content.
  4. 4 We connect the mailbox Gmail, Outlook or IMAP. The assistant reads incoming mail and writes into the drafts folder. It does not send.
  5. 5 One script tag goes on the e-shop That is the entire front-end footprint. We give you the snippet, you place it in your template, and we match the widget styling to your brand.

Plans start at €49 a month and are listed on the pricing page. Because the connection is set up rather than self-served, most stores on this route start on done-for-you, from €390 a month, where we set it up, tune it and keep it running.

Why it pays

The two places this pays for itself

The question that decides a sale rarely arrives at ten in the morning. It arrives late in the evening, from somebody who has already filled the basket and wants one detail confirmed before paying. Is it actually in stock. Does it ship before Friday. Can I send it back if it does not fit. Nobody is at the desk, the answer does not come, and the tab closes.

A chatbot that can see your stock and your delivery terms answers that in seconds, at any hour, in the language the customer wrote in. It is not there to replace your team. It is there for the hours your team is asleep.

The second place is the morning queue. Support mail repeats itself, and almost every case starts with the same unpaid work: find the order. When the draft already carries the number, the status and the carrier, that work is gone, and the job becomes reading replies, fixing the few that need it, and sending.

What changes

Once your store is connected

Orders

Status without the lookup

Delivery questions, dispatch dates, carrier and tracking. The assistant finds the order the customer is writing about and answers from it.

Catalogue

Stock the shopper can trust

Products, variants, prices and stock come from your store, so an evening availability question gets a real answer instead of a promise to check tomorrow.

Control

A person still presses send

Every email reply lands as a draft in your drafts folder. Nothing goes to a customer that somebody on your team has not read first.

Common questions

Is there a Shoptet addon for Sensbot?

No, and you do not need one. Nothing is installed in your e-shop. Shoptet exposes the Shoptet API and access is opened with a private API token generated in your store administration, so we connect the assistant to it during onboarding. The only thing that touches your e-shop is the script tag that renders the chat widget.

How does it get my order data?

Through the Shoptet API, using a private API token whose scope you set yourself. Once connected, chat answers and email drafts are written from live data: orders and their status, products and stock, and customer records.

What if my plan does not include API access?

We check that at the very start. In the meantime the chatbot runs from your product feed and your site content, so product, availability, shipping and returns questions are handled from day one, and order data is added as soon as your store can expose it.

Can it answer "where is my order"?

Yes. It matches the email or chat message to the right order, reads the status, the carrier and the tracking number from your store, and writes the reply. For email that reply waits in your drafts folder until an operator sends it.

What is the product feed for, then?

Speed. Your XML feed loads the full catalogue, prices and variants on day one, which is the fastest way to get a chatbot answering product questions well. The API connection adds orders, stock and customers on top.

What does it cost?

Plans start at €49 a month and are on the pricing page. Since the store connection is set up with you rather than self-served, most stores start on done-for-you, from €390 a month, where we set it up, tune it and keep it running.
