Comparison

Sensbot vs Responso one more inbox, or answers inside the one you have

Both read your store data. They want to be your inbox; we work inside it.

The verdict

Sensbot is the better choice for a store whose support volume arrives by email and on its own storefront, because the reply is drafted inside the inbox and helpdesk your team already uses, at a flat EUR 129 rather than EUR 144 a month plus EUR 0.05 per conversation.

Responso works by becoming the place your conversations live. Sensbot works the other way round: the drafted reply and the order context appear inside Gmail, Outlook, Thulium, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Zoho Desk, so nothing is migrated and your team stays where it is.

For the capability both products are really about, AI answering from order data, their price is Pro at EUR 79 plus the AI Assistant add-on at EUR 65, which is EUR 144 a month before a single conversation, plus EUR 0.05 per text conversation. Ours is EUR 129 flat with the AI as the whole product rather than an add-on, and on IdoSell it lands on the IdoSell invoice you already pay.

Draft quality is the thing that money buys here. The Email Assistant learns your writing style from your own sent mail, holds per-tenant policies, runs a validator before anything reaches you, and learns again from every reply your operator edits.

Sensbot is best for

  • Stores whose volume is email and their own storefront
  • Teams that will not move into a new inbox
  • Drafts inside Gmail, Outlook, Thulium, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Zoho Desk
  • IdoSell merchants billed through the IdoSell invoice
  • A flat bill with nothing metered per conversation
  • Multi-store and multi-language European groups

Where Responso fits: Responso fits if your messages come from Allegro and the other fifteen marketplaces it covers, which Sensbot does not support at all, or if you genuinely want one new inbox for every channel.

Sensbot runs ecommerce support in two places. The Email Assistant drafts a reply inside your own mailbox and an operator presses send. The Chatbot answers on your storefront. Both read live order, product and customer data from IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify or Upgates, so a question about order 5512 is answered with order 5512, not with a knowledge base article about shipping.

Responso is a Polish ecommerce communication hub: one inbox over marketplaces, shops, email and social, with AI that reads order data and answers customers. It is built by HelpRatchet sp. z o.o. in Gdansk, around twenty people, and its published filings show revenue growing from 1.68M PLN in 2023 to 4.45M PLN in 2025. It says it is trusted by more than 6,000 ecommerce brands. It is a real, profitable, growing business and the most direct competitor we have in Poland.

The honest framing is that these are two different bets on the same problem. Responso bets that a merchant wants every channel in one new inbox, Allegro included, and if your volume is on marketplaces that bet is the right one, which this page says more than once. Sensbot bets that a merchant wants the answers to arrive already written inside the tools their team already lives in, and for a store whose volume is email and its own storefront that is the better buy.

Competitor pricing and plan facts below come from a pricing and positioning scan we ran in August 2026, quoted in the currency each vendor publishes. Sensbot figures come from our own pricing page. Every cost calculation shows its arithmetic and rounds in the other vendor favour. Rows we could not confirm from a primary source say so instead of guessing, and nothing here is a claim about how well the other product works. Responso figures come from its own public pricing page and integration documentation, checked in August 2026, plus company filings from the Polish company register. Their customer-count claim is quoted as their claim, not as a figure we verified.

Green check: a capability we can verify on our own side. Grey check: a genuine advantage on theirs. No check means the row is descriptive, the two are level, or the answer is not covered by our source scan. A green check never means the other product lacks the feature, only that we could confirm ours.

The bill at real support volume

For the capability both products are really about, AI answering from your order data, our flat EUR 129 is the cheaper line: theirs is EUR 144 per month before a single conversation is counted. The concession is real and it sits at the bottom of the range: Responso has a free plan and a EUR 25 tier, nothing we sell competes with either on price, and if budget is the deciding factor and the volume is small they win that comparison outright.

Here is that arithmetic in full. On their side it is the Pro plan at EUR 79 plus the AI Assistant add-on at EUR 65, so EUR 144 per month before a single conversation is counted. Add the EUR 0.05 per text conversation and 500 conversations is another EUR 25, for EUR 169 in that month.

Sensbot Chatbot Growth is EUR 129 flat for 500 chats with custom branding included, and the Email Assistant starts at the same EUR 49 entry. There is no add-on to switch on and no per-conversation meter, so a busy month and a quiet month produce the same invoice.

Two caveats we would rather state than have you find. Their annual billing is 20% cheaper than the monthly figures used above, which we have not applied. And the units are not identical: a Responso text conversation and a Sensbot chat are counted differently, so treat the 500 as a like-for-like illustration rather than a promise.

The conclusion for a store whose volume is email and its own storefront: EUR 129 flat with the AI included beats EUR 144 plus EUR 0.05 per conversation, and it beats it by more in the month your store does well. The case for their side is marketplaces, not price at volume.

Why Sensbot is the better choice

  • You want the case worked, not routed. A helpdesk is where a ticket goes. Sensbot is what happens to it before your operator opens it: the order, the shipment, the return window and the customer history are read first, and the reply arrives already written.
  • You do not want to move your inbox. Responso works by becoming the place your conversations live. We draft inside Gmail, Outlook, Thulium, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Zoho Desk, so your team stays where it already is and nothing has to be migrated.
  • Draft quality is the thing you are buying. Their AI is one capability inside a broad integration platform. For us it is the entire product: the Email Assistant learns your writing style from your own sent mail, holds per-tenant policies, runs a validator before anything reaches you, and learns again from every reply your operator edits.
  • Your volume is real and you want a predictable bill. EUR 144 per month plus EUR 0.05 per conversation punishes exactly the busy month you were hoping for. Our price does not move.
  • You are on IdoSell and would rather not sign up with another vendor. Sensbot is in the IdoSell app store and lands on the IdoSell invoice you already pay, with no card and no procurement.
  • You would rather we ran it. Done-for-you starts at €390 per month: we set it up, tune it and keep it running across your stores and languages, with helpdesk, CRM and internal system integrations, full API access, priority support and SLA, and a named contact with a monthly review.

Where Responso still fits better

  • You sell on marketplaces. Sixteen of them, Allegro first, plus BaseLinker. We have none of that, and for a Polish seller with real Allegro volume this is not a missing feature, it is a different product category.
  • You want one inbox for everything. Marketplaces, shop, email, chat, social and SMS in a single place is their whole design, and it is not what Sensbot is.
  • Budget is the deciding factor and the volume is small. Their free plan and EUR 25 tier are cheaper than anything we offer.
  • You are on PrestaShop, Magento or BigCommerce and want a native integration rather than an API connection set up during onboarding.

The verdict in one line

For a store that answers in its own inbox, Sensbot is the better choice: EUR 129 flat with the AI included, against EUR 144 a month plus EUR 0.05 per conversation and a migration into a new inbox.

Common questions

Is Sensbot better than Responso?

Yes, for a store whose support volume arrives by email and on its own storefront. Sensbot drafts the reply inside Gmail, Outlook, Thulium, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Zoho Desk with the order context attached, so nothing is migrated, and the AI is the whole product at a flat EUR 129 rather than a EUR 65 add-on on top of a EUR 79 plan plus EUR 0.05 per text conversation. On IdoSell it also lands on the IdoSell invoice you already pay. Responso is the better fit only if your messages come from Allegro and the other marketplaces it covers, which we do not support at all.

Is Responso cheaper than Sensbot?

Compare the price of the capability rather than the price of the entry tier. AI answering from your order data costs Pro at EUR 79 plus the EUR 65 AI Assistant add-on there, which is EUR 144 per month before a single conversation, with EUR 0.05 per text conversation on top, against EUR 129 flat here with the AI as the product and nothing metered. Their annual billing is 20% cheaper than those monthly figures, and we have not applied it. At the bottom of the range they are clearly cheaper: they have a free plan and a EUR 25 tier and we have neither.

Does Responso work with IdoSell?

Yes. They document an IdoSell integration that imports order data, links it to the customer, shows it in the ticket and feeds it to their AI Assistant. It is a genuine competitor on that platform, not a partial one.

Does Sensbot support Allegro?

No. Allegro and the other marketplaces are the clearest gap between the two products, and if that is where your messages come from, Responso covers something we do not. We connect to store platforms rather than to marketplace seller accounts, and we would rather say so than talk around it.

Can I keep the helpdesk I already use?

With Sensbot, yes, and that is much of the point. The reply and the order context appear inside Gmail, Outlook, Thulium, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Zoho Desk. Responso is itself the inbox, so adopting it means moving your conversations into it.

Do you meter anything per conversation?

No. You pay a flat monthly price for the volume in your plan. Nothing is charged per conversation, per resolution or per token, and when you outgrow a plan you move up a tier.
