Comparison
Sensbot vs Siena AI platform fee, or plan price
A $750 monthly fee plus $0.90 per automated ticket, against a flat plan from €49.
The verdict
Sensbot is the better choice for a European store of ordinary size, because their $750 platform fee is due before a single ticket is automated and our Scale plan is €299 flat for 5,000 chats.
The floor is the story. At zero automated tickets Siena is $750 a month, already above our Scale plan, and 500 automated tickets add $450 for a $1,200 month. Sensbot is €49 for 200 chats, €129 for 1,000 with custom branding included and €299 for 5,000, published and started on a free trial from your platform app store.
Where the reply comes from is the other half. Sensbot reads live order, shipment, product, customer and return records from IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify or Upgates and drafts the answer from them inside your own mailbox, with your operator on the send button.
Sensbot is best for
- European stores of ordinary size
- A published plan and a free trial, with no platform commitment
- Tickets about orders, shipments, stock and returns
- IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify and Upgates merchants
- Email drafts an operator approves and sends
- A price that does not move with the month
Where Siena AI fits: Siena AI fits if your desk is large enough that a $750 platform fee disappears against what it automates, and you want autonomous ticket handling rather than drafts an operator approves.
Sensbot runs ecommerce support in two places. The Email Assistant drafts a reply inside your own mailbox and an operator presses send. The Chatbot answers on your storefront. Both read live order, product and customer data from IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify or Upgates, so a question about order 5512 is answered with order 5512, not with a knowledge base article about shipping.
Siena AI sells support automation to ecommerce. Its published model is a $750 per month platform fee plus $0.90 for every ticket the AI handles, which puts it in the stretch of this market where almost nobody publishes a price at all.
The per-ticket half of that is a fair mechanism: the meter only runs when the AI actually does the work. The platform fee is the part that decides whether a European store of ordinary size is the buyer, and that is what this page is about.
Competitor pricing and plan facts below come from a pricing and positioning scan we ran in August 2026, quoted in the currency each vendor publishes. Sensbot figures come from our own pricing page. Every cost calculation shows its arithmetic and rounds in the other vendor favour. Rows we could not confirm from a primary source say so instead of guessing, and nothing here is a claim about how well the other product works.
Sensbot vs Siena AI, side by side
| What you are comparing | Sensbot | Siena AI |
|---|---|---|
| Category | Assistant layer for ecommerce. Answers on the storefront and drafts email replies; not a ticketing system. | Support automation for ecommerce, sold as a platform plus a charge per automated ticket. |
| Pricing model | Flat monthly price per product. No credits, no per-seat fee, no per-resolution fee. | A $750 per month platform fee, plus $0.90 for every automated ticket. |
| Entry price | €49 per month for Chatbot Starter (200 chats). Email Assistant also starts at €49. | $750 per month, before a single ticket is automated. |
| What you pay at real support volume | €129 Growth covers 1,000 chats with custom branding included. €299 Scale covers 5,000. The invoice is identical in a busy month and a quiet one. | At 500 automated tickets: $750 plus 500 times $0.90, which is $1,200 for the month. |
| You only pay when the AI handles it | Your plan covers a monthly volume whether the assistant handles a lot of it or a little. | The $0.90 charge applies to automated tickets, so the meter runs only when the AI does the work. |
| How you buy it | Self-serve install from your platform app store, free trial, or done-for-you from €390 per month. | Not covered by our source scan. |
| Email replies with operator approval | The Email Assistant drafts the reply in Gmail or Outlook with the order context attached, and your operator presses send. Autosend only on the rules you switch on yourself. | Not covered by our source scan. |
| Where a reply gets its facts | Live order, shipment, product, customer and return data from your store, plus your knowledge base. | Not covered by our source scan. |
| Ecommerce platform integrations | IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify and Upgates as installed apps, plus PrestaShop, Magento, Shopware, Sylius and Shoptet connected through their own API during setup. | Not covered by our source scan. |
| European and multi-store positioning | Built for European stores. 100+ customers across Europe, Polish market first. | Not part of how they position, in our August 2026 scan. |
Filled green check: a capability we can verify on our own side. Outlined grey check: a genuine advantage on theirs. No check means the row is descriptive, the two are level, or the answer is not covered by our source scan. A filled check never means the other product lacks the feature, only that we could confirm ours.
The bill at real support volume
For a European store of ordinary size the flat plan is the cheaper line before the comparison even starts: their platform fee is $750 a month and our Scale plan is €299 for 5,000 chats. The fair part of their model deserves saying too. Charging $0.90 for an automated ticket means the meter runs on work the AI actually did, which is a cleaner promise than charging for capacity you may not use, and for a support desk large enough that $0.90 a ticket reads as cheap against an agent hour, that is a good trade and the platform fee disappears into it.
The arithmetic at 500 automated tickets: $750 plus 500 times $0.90, which is $750 plus $450, or $1,200 for the month. Our Chatbot Growth plan is €129 flat for 1,000 chats with custom branding included, and Scale is €299 for 5,000.
The floor matters more than the meter for most stores. At zero automated tickets the platform fee is still $750, which is above our Scale plan before anything has been answered. Converting dollars to euros narrows the gap slightly and does not change its shape.
The usual guard applies: an automated ticket and a Sensbot chat are not the same unit, and our scan records their published price rather than how well their product performs.
The conclusion for a store of ordinary size: there is no published volume at which the floor plus the meter lands below our ladder, so Sensbot is the better buy. The desk for which that reverses is one large enough to be comparing agent hours rather than subscriptions.
Why Sensbot is the better choice
- You want the case worked, not routed. A helpdesk is where a ticket goes. Sensbot is what happens to it before your operator opens it: the order, the shipment, the return window and the customer history are read first, and the reply arrives already written.
- You are a European store of ordinary size. This is the price and performance case: their platform fee alone is $750 a month, and our Scale plan is €299 flat for 5,000 chats with nothing metered inside it.
- You want a published plan and a free trial rather than a platform commitment. Sensbot installs from your platform app store.
- Your tickets are about orders, shipments, stock and returns on IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify or Upgates, and you want the reply written from those records.
- You want the operator to keep the send button. The Email Assistant drafts inside your own mailbox and a person sends it.
- You would rather we ran it. Done-for-you starts at €390 per month: we set it up, tune it and keep it running across your stores and languages, with helpdesk, CRM and internal system integrations, full API access, priority support and SLA, and a named contact with a monthly review.
Where Siena AI still fits better
- Your ticket volume is large enough that a $750 platform fee is a rounding error against what it automates.
- You want to pay only for tickets the AI actually handled. The $0.90 charge applies to automated tickets, which is a fair way to price the promise.
- You want a product whose whole purpose is autonomous ticket handling rather than drafts an operator approves.
- You are on a store platform we do not connect to. Sensbot covers IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify and Upgates today, and our scan does not record their platform list either way.
The verdict in one line
For a European store of ordinary size, Sensbot is the better choice: €299 flat for 5,000 chats against a $750 platform fee charged before the first automated ticket.
Common questions
Is Sensbot better than Siena AI?
Yes, for a European store of ordinary size. Their $750 platform fee arrives before a single automated ticket, which is already above our €299 Scale plan, and 500 automated tickets add $450 on top for a $1,200 month, while Sensbot is €49 for 200 chats, €129 for 1,000 and €299 for 5,000, published and started on a free trial. Sensbot also writes the reply from live order, shipment and return data with your operator on the send button. Siena AI is the better fit only if your desk is large enough that a $750 platform fee disappears against what it automates.
Is Siena AI cheaper than Sensbot?
Not at any volume we can calculate from published prices. The $750 platform fee arrives before a single automated ticket, which is already above our €299 Scale plan, and 500 automated tickets add $450 on top for a $1,200 month. Where they can still be the better buy is on a large desk, where the number you are really comparing is the cost of the agents those tickets would otherwise reach, not the size of the software invoice.
What does Siena AI charge per ticket?
Our August 2026 scan records $0.90 per automated ticket, on top of a $750 monthly platform fee. That sits in the middle of the published ecommerce range, between $0.20 at the cheapest end and $1.50 at the most expensive.
Does Sensbot charge per ticket?
No. Plans are flat monthly prices for a monthly volume: €49 for 200 chats, €129 for 1,000 with custom branding included, €299 for 5,000. There is no per-resolution fee, no credit balance and no per-seat charge, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
Which platforms does Sensbot connect to?
IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify and Upgates as installed apps, plus PrestaShop, Magento, Shopware, Sylius and Shoptet connected through their own API during setup. Replies can be delivered into Thulium, Zendesk, Freshdesk and Zoho Desk.
