Comparison
Sensbot vs Lorikeet the floor before the first reply
A $1,500 monthly minimum with resolution credits, against a flat plan from €49.
Sensbot runs ecommerce support in two places. The Email Assistant drafts a reply inside your own mailbox and an operator presses send. The Chatbot answers on your storefront. Both read live order, product and customer data from IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify or Upgates, so a question about order 5512 is answered with order 5512, not with a knowledge base article about shipping.
Lorikeet is an AI support agent sold to high-growth companies and enterprises. It charges per resolution through credits, at $0.80 to $0.95 each, on a $1,500 per month floor. Voice resolutions are published at a premium of $1.20 to $1.50, and routing, tagging and quality assurance tickets at $0.25 to $0.30.
That is a coherent product for the buyer it is built for, and the floor is part of the qualification rather than an accident. This page is about which side of that floor your store is on, and it does not pretend the two products are aimed at the same team.
Competitor pricing and plan facts below come from a pricing and positioning scan we ran in August 2026, quoted in the currency each vendor publishes. Sensbot figures come from our own pricing page. Every cost calculation shows its arithmetic and rounds in the other vendor favour. Rows we could not confirm from a primary source say so instead of guessing, and nothing here is a claim about how well the other product works.

| European positioning | Built for European stores. 100+ customers across Europe, Polish market first. | Not a stated market position in our August 2026 scan. |
Green check: a capability we can verify on our own side. Grey check: a genuine advantage on theirs. No check means the row is descriptive, the two are level, or the answer is not covered by our source scan. A green check never means the other product lacks the feature, only that we could confirm ours.
The bill at real support volume
The concession first, because it decides most of this page. A large customer experience organisation, often in a regulated industry, with complex workflows and a team of agents behind them, is exactly who Lorikeet is built and priced for. At that size a $1,500 platform floor is a small line in the budget and the right question is whether the agent resolves enough, not what the minimum costs.
For a European store the floor is the whole story. $1,500 a month is due before a single resolution is billed. Our Chatbot Scale plan is €299 a month for 2,500 chats and Growth is €129 for 500 with custom branding included. Comparing a dollar figure with a euro figure at face value would flatter us, so convert first: their floor alone is more than four times our Scale plan and roughly ten times Growth.
Then the meter runs on top. At the low end of their published range, $0.80, five hundred resolutions add $400, so a 500-resolution month is about $1,900. We have used the cheapest end of their range and ignored the voice premium, because the shape does not need help.
Two honesty guards. A Lorikeet resolution and a Sensbot chat are not the same unit, so read this as the shape of two bills rather than a like-for-like quote. And our scan records their price and their segment, not how well the product works, which is a separate question we are in no position to answer for you.
When Lorikeet is the better choice
- You are a large or high-growth customer experience organisation, and complex multi-step workflows are the actual problem. That is the buyer the product is built for, and the floor is part of how they qualify it.
- You need voice. Lorikeet publishes voice resolutions at $1.20 to $1.50 each. Sensbot has no voice channel at all.
- You want routing, tagging and quality assurance handled by the same engine, published at $0.25 to $0.30 per ticket.
- You would rather the bill tracked resolutions than capacity, and your volume comfortably justifies the monthly minimum.
When Sensbot is the better choice
- You are a European store rather than an enterprise support organisation. This is the price and performance case in one line: their floor is $1,500 a month before the first reply, and our Scale plan is €299 flat for 2,500 chats.
- You want a published price and a free trial instead of a qualification call. Sensbot installs from your platform app store and the plans are on the pricing page.
- Your tickets are about orders, shipments, stock and returns on IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify or Upgates, and you want the answer built from those records.
- You want the operator to keep the send button. The Email Assistant drafts inside your own mailbox with the order context attached, and a person sends it.
- You would rather we ran it. Done-for-you starts at €390 per month: we set it up, tune it and keep it running across your stores and languages, with helpdesk, CRM and internal system integrations, full API access, priority support and SLA, and a named contact with a monthly review.
Common questions
Is Lorikeet cheaper than Sensbot?
Not at any volume we can compute from published prices. Their floor is $1,500 a month before a single resolution, and resolutions are $0.80 to $0.95 each on top, so a 500-resolution month is roughly $1,900 at the cheaper end of their range. Our Growth plan is €129 flat for 500 chats and Scale is €299 for 2,500. There is no crossover inside our published ladder. What could still make them the better buy is scale of a different kind: an enterprise support team where the comparison is not our invoice but the cost of the agents the resolutions replace.
What does Lorikeet charge per resolution?
Our August 2026 scan records $0.80 to $0.95 per resolution, bought as credits. Voice resolutions carry a premium at $1.20 to $1.50, and routing, tagging and quality assurance tickets are $0.25 to $0.30. Per-resolution pricing across the market has converged near a dollar, so those rates are normal rather than high.
Does Lorikeet work with IdoSell or Shoper?
Not covered by our source scan, so we will not claim either way. Sensbot connects to IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify and Upgates as installed apps, and to PrestaShop, Magento, Shopware, Sylius and Shoptet through their own API during setup.
Why does Sensbot not sell credits?
Because a credit balance turns your busiest support month into your largest invoice, and it makes the price of a good month impossible to predict. A flat monthly plan for the volume you chose keeps the number still, and moving up a tier stays a decision rather than a surprise.
