Comparison
Sensbot vs Wilmo two different buyers
A four-figure sales-led helpdesk against a self-serve assistant layer from €49.
Sensbot runs ecommerce support in two places. The Email Assistant drafts a reply inside your own mailbox and an operator presses send. The Chatbot answers on your storefront. Both read live order, product and customer data from IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify or Upgates, so a question about order 5512 is answered with order 5512, not with a knowledge base article about shipping.
Wilmo is a Danish ecommerce helpdesk built around AI agents, registered in Copenhagen in October 2025 and positioned as a full replacement for Zendesk, Gorgias and Dixa. It covers email, live chat and Instagram DM, and its wedge is that the AI executes actions end to end: refunds, cancellations, address changes, order quantity edits, return labels and stock checks. Its integration list is deeply Danish, and it does not cover IdoSell or Shoper.
Pricing is monthly ticket volume in euros, with no per-resolution fee and no seat charges: €1,000 for 1,000 tickets, €3,000 for 5,000, €5,000 for 10,000 and €10,000 for 25,000, custom above that. There is no free trial and no self-serve sign-up; every tier comes with sales-led onboarding and white-glove migration.
We agree with them on more than we disagree: flat pricing rather than per-resolution, email as the main channel, and drafts reviewed by a human before automation is trusted. The separation is the buyer and the price point.
Competitor pricing and plan facts below come from a pricing and positioning scan we ran in August 2026, quoted in the currency each vendor publishes. Sensbot figures come from our own pricing page. Every cost calculation shows its arithmetic and rounds in the other vendor favour. Rows we could not confirm from a primary source say so instead of guessing, and nothing here is a claim about how well the other product works.

| Automation safety model | Draft-first, with autosend enabled per rule once you are satisfied. | Tickets auto-tagged, each tag starting in draft-for-review and promoted to auto-send only once drafts stop being edited, with refund and discount tags blocked. |
| Geography | Built for European stores. 100+ customers across Europe, Polish market first. | Denmark and the Nordics, with a Danish integration stack. |
Green check: a capability we can verify on our own side. Grey check: a genuine advantage on theirs. No check means the row is descriptive, the two are level, or the answer is not covered by our source scan. A green check never means the other product lacks the feature, only that we could confirm ours.
The bill at real support volume
This is the widest gap on any of our comparison pages, so it is worth stating plainly rather than cleverly.
Wilmo starts at €1,000 per month for 1,000 tickets, which is €1 per ticket at the entry rung, and rises to €3,000 for 5,000 tickets and €5,000 for 10,000. There is no trial and no self-serve sign-up, so the first conversation is with a salesperson.
Sensbot Email Assistant is €129 per month for 300 AI replies across 1,000 emails processed, and €299 for 1,500 AI replies across 6,000 emails. Chatbot Growth is €129 for 500 chats with custom branding included. A store can start on a free trial and install itself the same day.
That is not a like-for-like product comparison and we are not going to pretend it is. Wilmo replaces your helpdesk and its AI executes refunds and cancellations; Sensbot drafts and your operator sends. The point of the arithmetic is buyer fit: at 1,000 tickets a month you are choosing between a four-figure sales-led contract and a three-figure self-serve plan, and for most European stores in that range the second is the better use of the money.
When Wilmo is the better choice
- You want to replace your helpdesk entirely rather than add a layer to it. Wilmo is built as a Zendesk, Gorgias and Dixa replacement, and Sensbot is not a ticketing system.
- You want the AI to execute, not draft. Refunds, cancellations, address changes, order quantity edits and return labels are handled end to end there.
- You are a Danish or Nordic store with that regional stack, and you want white-glove migration included on every tier.
- Your ticket volume genuinely justifies a four-figure monthly contract and you would rather buy through a salesperson than install something yourself.
When Sensbot is the better choice
- You are a European store with real support volume and a sane budget. This is the price and performance case at its bluntest: €1,000 a month for 1,000 tickets against €129 a month for the Email Assistant Growth plan, or €299 at Scale for 1,500 AI replies across 6,000 emails.
- You sell on IdoSell or Shoper. Neither is covered by their Danish-centred integration stack, and both are first-class here.
- You want to try before you buy. Sensbot installs from your platform app store with a free trial and no salesperson; Wilmo has no trial and no self-serve sign-up.
- You want the operator to keep the send button. Sensbot drafts by default and you switch on autosend rule by rule, once your own data has convinced you.
- You would rather we ran it. Done-for-you starts at €390 per month: we set it up, tune it and keep it running across your stores and languages, with helpdesk, CRM and internal system integrations, full API access, priority support and SLA, and a named contact with a monthly review.
Common questions
Is Wilmo cheaper than Sensbot?
No. Wilmo starts at €1,000 per month for 1,000 tickets, which is about €1 per ticket at the entry rung, and there is no free trial or self-serve sign-up. Sensbot Email Assistant is €129 per month for 300 AI replies across 1,000 emails processed and €299 for 1,500 replies across 6,000 emails. The products are not identical, since their AI executes refunds and cancellations while ours drafts for an operator to approve, but for a store weighing cost against outcome at that volume the gap is roughly sevenfold at the entry rung.
Does Wilmo work with IdoSell or Shoper?
Not according to our August 2026 scan. Their integration list is built around the Danish ecommerce stack and covers neither platform. Sensbot supports IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify and Upgates.
Does Sensbot execute refunds and cancellations?
The Email Assistant drafts the reply and your operator sends it, and that draft-first default is deliberate. Write actions on the store are handled by Store Copilot on IdoSell, behind a preview and an explicit confirmation, rather than by the customer-facing assistant.
Which one should a Nordic multi-store group pick?
If you want your helpdesk replaced and your AI executing refunds, and the budget is four figures a month, look at them seriously. If you want to keep your desk, start on a trial, hold the send button and pay three figures, that is what we sell. Both positions are defensible and you should not need a sales call to work out which one you are in.
