Comparison
Sensbot vs Richpanel seats, or none at all
A helpdesk at $99 per seat plus AI usage, against a flat plan with no seat fee.
The verdict
Sensbot is the better choice for a store with more than one person answering tickets, because seats are never charged here and 500 AI conversations with a single seat cost $199 a month there against €129 flat.
The seat is the line that compounds. Richpanel anchors on $99 per seat per month, so three people answering is $297 in seats before a single AI conversation and $397 once 500 of them run. A Sensbot plan does not move: €129 covers 1,000 chats whether one person or six is working the queue.
The categories differ too, and that matters. Richpanel is a helpdesk and Sensbot is not. What we sell is the layer that reads the order, the shipment and the return window and writes the reply from them, delivered inside Thulium, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk or your own mailbox, so nothing has to be migrated.
Sensbot is best for
- Support desks with two or more people on the queue
- Real AI volume on a price that does not move
- Teams keeping the helpdesk they already run
- Tickets about orders, shipments, stock and returns
- IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify and Upgates merchants
- Email drafts an operator approves and sends
Where Richpanel fits: Richpanel fits if what you need is the helpdesk itself, with a shared inbox, assignment and per-brand queues, and you run a single seat with light AI use.
Sensbot runs ecommerce support in two places. The Email Assistant drafts a reply inside your own mailbox and an operator presses send. The Chatbot answers on your storefront. Both read live order, product and customer data from IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify or Upgates, so a question about order 5512 is answered with order 5512, not with a knowledge base article about shipping.
Richpanel is an ecommerce helpdesk. It anchors on $99 per seat per month and charges $0.20 for each AI conversation on top, and it mentions multi-brand queues as a feature. It is the outlier in a market moving away from per-agent pricing, and it argues that case directly: one bill, and never a per-resolution charge stacked on top of seats.
So this is a category comparison as much as a price one. If you need a shared inbox, ticket assignment and agent workflows, that is a helpdesk and Sensbot is not one. What we sell is the layer that writes the answer from live store data, inside the desk you already run.
Competitor pricing and plan facts below come from a pricing and positioning scan we ran in August 2026, quoted in the currency each vendor publishes. Sensbot figures come from our own pricing page. Every cost calculation shows its arithmetic and rounds in the other vendor favour. Rows we could not confirm from a primary source say so instead of guessing, and nothing here is a claim about how well the other product works.
Sensbot vs Richpanel, side by side
| What you are comparing | Sensbot | Richpanel |
|---|---|---|
| Category | Assistant layer. Answers on the storefront and drafts email replies; not a ticketing system. | Ecommerce helpdesk, with multi-brand queues mentioned as a feature. |
| Pricing model | Flat monthly price per product. No credits, no per-seat fee, no per-resolution fee. | $99 per seat per month, plus $0.20 for every AI conversation. |
| Entry price | €49 per month for Chatbot Starter (200 chats). Email Assistant also starts at €49. | $99 per month for a single seat, before any AI usage. |
| Seats | Not charged. Your whole team uses it on any plan. | $99 per seat per month. Richpanel treats per-seat pricing as its differentiator. |
| What you pay at real support volume | €129 Growth covers 1,000 chats with custom branding included. €299 Scale covers 5,000. The invoice is identical in a busy month and a quiet one. | At 500 AI conversations with one seat: $99 plus 500 times $0.20, which is $199 for the month. A second seat adds another $99. |
| Ticketing and agent workflow | Not a helpdesk. Sensbot supplies the drafted reply and the order context inside Thulium, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Zoho Desk. | A helpdesk in its own right, with queues per brand for groups running several stores. |
| Position on metering | No usage meter of any kind. The plan price is the price for the volume in it. | Argues against paying per resolution on top of seats, and charges $0.20 per AI conversation alongside the $99 seat. |
| Managed white-glove option | Done-for-you from €390 per month: setup, tuning, multi-store and multi-language portfolios, full API access, priority support and SLA, and a named contact with a monthly review. | Not covered by our source scan. |
| Ecommerce platform integrations | IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify and Upgates as installed apps, plus PrestaShop, Magento, Shopware, Sylius and Shoptet connected through their own API during setup. | Not covered by our source scan. |
| European positioning | Built for European stores. 100+ customers across Europe, Polish market first. | Not a stated market position in our August 2026 scan. |
Filled green check: a capability we can verify on our own side. Outlined grey check: a genuine advantage on theirs. No check means the row is descriptive, the two are level, or the answer is not covered by our source scan. A filled check never means the other product lacks the feature, only that we could confirm ours.
The bill at real support volume
From the second person on the desk onward the flat plan is the cheaper line: seats are $99 each per month there and are not charged here at all, so €129 covers 1,000 chats however many people work the queue. There is a real case where they win, at the other end of that. A single agent who wants an actual helpdesk, with light AI use, gets ticketing and automation on one bill for $99 plus a little usage, and Sensbot does not sell a helpdesk at any price, so that buyer should not be reading a price comparison at all.
The arithmetic at real volume is simple. One seat at $99, plus 500 AI conversations at $0.20 each, is $99 plus $100, or $199 for the month. Our Chatbot Growth plan is €129 flat for 1,000 chats with custom branding included. We have used a single seat throughout, which is fewer than most support teams run, so the comparison leans their way.
The part that compounds is the seat. Three people answering tickets is $297 a month in seats before a single AI conversation, and $397 once you add 500 of them (297 plus 500 times 0.20). A Sensbot plan does not move: €129 covers 1,000 chats whether one person or six is working the queue.
Two honesty guards, as everywhere on this site. A Richpanel AI conversation and a Sensbot chat are not defined identically, and dollars are compared with euros at face value, which narrows slightly once you convert. Neither changes the direction of the line.
The conclusion at real volume: from the second person on the desk onward the flat plan is the better buy, and the gap grows with every seat and every AI conversation after that. A single seat with light usage is the case where they lead, and it is where this section starts.
Why Sensbot is the better choice
- You want the case worked, not routed. A helpdesk is where a ticket goes. Sensbot is what happens to it before your operator opens it: the order, the shipment, the return window and the customer history are read first, and the reply arrives already written.
- You have more than one person answering tickets. This is the price and performance case: seats are $99 each per month there and are not charged here at all, so a three-person desk starts $297 behind before any AI runs.
- You have real AI volume. 500 AI conversations with one seat is $199 for the month there, against €129 flat here for 1,000 chats with custom branding included.
- You already have a helpdesk and do not want a second one. Sensbot puts the drafted reply and the order context inside Thulium, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Zoho Desk.
- You sell on IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify or Upgates and want answers written from live orders, shipments, stock and returns rather than from articles.
- You would rather we ran it. Done-for-you starts at €390 per month: we set it up, tune it and keep it running across your stores and languages, with helpdesk, CRM and internal system integrations, full API access, priority support and SLA, and a named contact with a monthly review.
Where Richpanel still fits better
- You need a helpdesk. Shared inbox, ticket assignment, queues and agent workflow are its job, and Sensbot has none of them.
- You run one seat and light AI volume. $99 plus $0.20 per AI conversation is a fair deal at that size, and it includes the ticketing system.
- You run several brands and want them queued separately inside one desk.
- You want ticketing and automation from a single vendor on a single invoice rather than an assistant layer on top of a desk you keep.
The verdict in one line
For a store with more than one person on the queue, Sensbot is the better choice: no seat fee at all, and €129 flat for 1,000 chats against $199 for one seat plus 500 AI conversations.
Common questions
Is Sensbot better than Richpanel?
Yes, for a store with more than one person answering tickets. Seats cost $99 each per month there and nothing here, so a three-person desk is $297 behind before any AI runs, and 500 AI conversations with one seat is $199 for the month there against €129 flat with custom branding included. Sensbot also writes the reply from live order, shipment and return data and delivers it into the desk you already run. Richpanel is the better fit only if you need the helpdesk itself, with a shared inbox, assignment and per-brand queues, and you run a single seat with light AI use.
Is Richpanel cheaper than Sensbot?
Count the seats before the sticker. One seat plus 500 AI conversations is $99 plus $100, or $199 for the month there, against €129 flat here with custom branding included, and every extra person adds $99 while our price does not move, so a three-person desk is $297 in seats before any AI runs. Our Starter plan is €49, below their per-seat price on its own. What the money buys differs too: theirs includes a helpdesk we do not sell, ours is the reply written from the live order. With a single seat and light AI use, up to roughly 200 AI conversations a month, they are cheaper.
Do I pay per user with Sensbot?
No. Plans are priced on volume per product, not per seat, so a second, third or sixth person on the support desk does not change the invoice.
Does Sensbot replace Richpanel?
No. Richpanel is a helpdesk and Sensbot is not: there is no shared inbox, no ticket assignment and no queue management here. Sensbot writes the answer from live store data and delivers it into your storefront chat, your mailbox, or Thulium, Zendesk, Freshdesk and Zoho Desk.
What does the AI cost on each side?
Richpanel charges $0.20 per AI conversation on top of the $99 seat, which is the cheapest published AI unit price in our August 2026 ecommerce scan. Sensbot has no AI unit price at all: the plan covers a monthly volume and nothing meters inside it.
