Why stores look for a Wilmo alternative
Usually the entry rung. Wilmo starts at €1,000 a month for 1,000 tickets, and rises to €3,000 for 5,000 and €5,000 for 10,000. There is no free trial and no self-serve sign-up, so the first step is a sales conversation about a four-figure contract.
The second reason is the shape of the purchase. Wilmo replaces your helpdesk, and every tier comes with a white-glove migration off Zendesk, Gorgias or Dixa. That is a project, not an install, and plenty of teams would rather add a layer to the desk they already run than move house.
The third is platform coverage. Their integration list is built around the Danish ecommerce stack and covers neither IdoSell nor Shoper, which is where most of our customers sell.
Credit where it is due, and it is the real difference: their AI executes. Refunds, cancellations, address changes, order quantity edits and return labels are handled end to end there, while our Email Assistant writes the reply and a person sends it. If you are buying execution rather than drafting, they are further down that road than we are.
Competitor pricing and plan facts below come from a pricing and positioning scan we ran in August 2026, quoted in the currency each vendor publishes. Sensbot figures come from our own pricing page. Every cost calculation shows its arithmetic and rounds in the other vendor favour. Rows we could not confirm from a primary source say so instead of guessing, and nothing here is a claim about how well the other product works.
What Sensbot does differently
- A published price and a free trial. €49 for 100 chats, €129 for 500 with custom branding included, €299 for 2,500. You can install it yourself the same day.
- No migration. Sensbot answers on your storefront and drafts inside your existing mailbox, and it can deliver replies into Thulium, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Zoho Desk rather than replacing them.
- IdoSell and Shoper are first-class here, alongside Shopify and Upgates, with live order, shipment, stock, customer and return data behind every reply.
- Draft-first by default: the assistant writes, your operator approves, and autosend is switched on rule by rule once your own data has convinced you.
- You would rather we ran it. Done-for-you starts at €390 per month: we set it up, tune it and keep it running across your stores and languages, with helpdesk, CRM and internal system integrations, full API access, priority support and SLA, and a named contact with a monthly review.

When to stay with Wilmo
- You want your helpdesk replaced rather than supplemented. Wilmo is built as a Zendesk, Gorgias and Dixa replacement, and Sensbot is not a ticketing system.
- You want the AI to execute rather than draft: refunds, cancellations, address changes, order quantity edits and return labels, end to end.
- You are a Danish or Nordic store on that regional stack and you want white-glove migration included on every tier.
- Your ticket volume genuinely justifies a four-figure monthly contract, and buying through a salesperson suits you better than installing something yourself.
Common questions
Is Wilmo cheaper than Sensbot?
No. Their entry tier is €1,000 a month for 1,000 tickets, which is about €1 per ticket, with no free trial and no self-serve sign-up. Sensbot Email Assistant is €129 a month for 300 AI replies across 1,000 emails processed, and €299 for 1,500 replies across 6,000 emails. The products are not identical, since their AI executes refunds and cancellations while ours drafts for an operator, but at the entry rung the gap is roughly sevenfold.
Do I have to migrate my helpdesk?
Not for Sensbot. The Chatbot goes on your storefront as one script, the Email Assistant works inside the mailbox you already answer from, and replies can be delivered into Thulium, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Zoho Desk. Nothing has to be moved.
Does Sensbot work with IdoSell or Shoper?
Yes, and IdoSell is where most of our customers are. Both are marketplace apps with billing through the platform, and neither is covered by Wilmo Danish-centred integration list according to our August 2026 scan.
